Please read these terms carefully before using Hirelyzer. By accessing or using our AI-powered recruiting analysis platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Service Description
Hirelyzer is an AI-powered recruiting analysis platform designed to help recruiters and hiring teams evaluate candidates more effectively. Our services include:
- Automated analysis and ranking of candidate CVs against job descriptions.
- AI-generated match scores, strength highlights, concern flags, and interview guidance.
- PDF report generation summarizing analysis results for individual candidates or batches.
- Comparison and reuse of prior analyses across multiple job descriptions or screening sessions.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Hirelyzer solely for lawful, professional recruiting purposes. Acceptable use includes:
- Uploading job descriptions and candidate CVs that you are authorized to use for recruiting or hiring evaluation.
- Reviewing AI-generated analyses to assist with candidate shortlisting, interview preparation, and hiring decisions.
- Generating and sharing PDF reports with authorized members of your recruiting or hiring team.
- Using comparison and reuse features to streamline multi-role or ongoing hiring workflows.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use Hirelyzer in any manner that is unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Uploading content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Using the platform to discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms, models, or source code of the platform.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account, data, or analysis results without authorization.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the platform outside of its intended interfaces.
4. User Responsibility for Uploaded Documents
You are solely responsible for the content of all documents you upload to Hirelyzer, including job descriptions and candidate CVs. You must ensure that all uploaded content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Hirelyzer does not review or verify the content of uploaded documents and assumes no liability for any claims arising from the content you submit. You agree to indemnify and hold Hirelyzer harmless from any damages or legal claims related to content you upload to the platform.
5. Authorization to Upload
By uploading any file to Hirelyzer, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right and authorization to upload, process, and analyze the content contained in the file.
- You have obtained any necessary consent from individuals whose personal data is included in the uploaded documents, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- The upload and processing of the file does not violate any contractual obligation, confidentiality agreement, or applicable law.
6. AI-Generated Analysis Disclaimer
All analysis, scores, rankings, and recommendations generated by Hirelyzer are produced using artificial intelligence and are intended to be assistive in nature. These outputs are designed to support β not replace β human judgment in recruiting and hiring processes.
AI-generated analysis should not be used as the sole basis for any hiring decision. You are responsible for exercising independent professional judgment when evaluating candidates and making employment decisions. Hirelyzer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.
7. No Guarantee of Hiring Outcomes
Hirelyzer does not guarantee any specific hiring outcomes, candidate quality, or recruitment success as a result of using the platform. The effectiveness of the analysis depends on the quality and completeness of the documents you provide. Hirelyzer is a decision-support tool and makes no warranties regarding employment outcomes, candidate performance, or the suitability of any candidate for a particular role.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Hirelyzer platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or infrastructure changes.
- Unexpected technical issues, outages, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
- Third-party service disruptions affecting cloud infrastructure or AI processing capabilities.
Hirelyzer shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hirelyzer and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
In no event shall Hirelyzer's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Hirelyzer for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, including breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other basis.
10. Data Retention & Deletion
Uploaded documents, extracted content, and generated analysis results are retained for a default period of 30 days from the date of upload. After this period, all associated data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
Users may choose to extend the retention period beyond the default 30 days for specific analyses. When an extended retention period is selected, data will be retained for the chosen duration and automatically deleted upon expiration.
You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team. Once data has been permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered.
11. PDF Report Generation & Usage
Hirelyzer allows you to generate downloadable PDF reports summarizing analysis results. These reports are provided for your internal recruiting and hiring use. You may share generated reports with authorized members of your team or organization.
Reports are generated based on the analysis available at the time of creation. Hirelyzer does not guarantee the continued availability of previously generated reports beyond the applicable data retention period. You are responsible for saving and maintaining copies of reports you wish to retain.
12. Analysis Reuse & Comparison
While data is within its retention period, previously completed analyses may be reused for future comparisons. For example, a returning candidate's prior analysis may be matched against a new job description without requiring a fresh upload.
This feature is provided for convenience and efficiency. Hirelyzer does not guarantee that reused analysis results will remain equally relevant or accurate when applied to different job descriptions or contexts. Once the retention period expires, prior analyses are no longer available for reuse.
13. Intellectual Property
The Hirelyzer platform β including its design, software, AI models, algorithms, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property β is owned by Hirelyzer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without prior written consent.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to Hirelyzer, including job descriptions and candidate CVs. By uploading content, you grant Hirelyzer a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license terminates when your data is deleted from our systems.
14. Termination & Suspension
Hirelyzer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:
- You have violated these Terms of Use or any applicable law or regulation.
- Your use of the platform poses a security risk or may cause harm to other users or third parties.
- You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unauthorized activity on the platform.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Any data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with our data retention and deletion policies.
15. Governing Clauses
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in a neutral jurisdiction, in accordance with established commercial arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Hirelyzer's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
