Sub-processors
Hirelyzer engages the following third-party sub-processors to provide its services. This list is maintained in compliance with GDPR Art. 28 and LGPD Art. 26.
Last updated: May 2026. We will notify affected customers at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is processed.
Microsoft Azure — PostgreSQL Flexible Server
DatabaseStores all user accounts, billing records, analysis metadata, and audit logs.
Processing location: Brazil South / East US (configurable per deployment)
Microsoft Azure — Blob Storage
File StorageStores uploaded CV PDFs and job description files during the retention window.
Processing location: Brazil South / East US (configurable per deployment)
Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service
AI ProcessingPerforms AI-powered candidate CV analysis against job descriptions. CV content is sent to the API for processing and is not retained by Azure OpenAI beyond the request.
Processing location: East US 2 (or region configured via AZURE_OPENAI_ENDPOINT)
Microsoft Azure — Service Bus
Message QueueRoutes analysis jobs between the web application and background worker processes.
Processing location: Same region as the application deployment
Stripe
Payment ProcessingProcesses subscription payments and one-time purchases. Hirelyzer stores only Stripe customer and subscription IDs; full card data is handled exclusively by Stripe.

Greenhouse Software (optional)
ATS IntegrationOptionalWhen the Greenhouse integration is enabled by a Recruiter-plan customer, candidate data is synced between Greenhouse and Hirelyzer via the Greenhouse Harvest API. Only customers who explicitly connect their Greenhouse account are affected.
